A not\u00edcia foi confirmada na tarde de segunda-feira (24) pelo gerente do grupo Jos\u00e9 Serna Lorente, durante reuni\u00e3o com o prefeito Guilherme Gazzola em seu gabinete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O empreendimento, al\u00e9m de colaborar para a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de empregos \u2013 n\u00e3o foram divulgados os n\u00fameros de contrata\u00e7\u00f5es por enquanto \u2013 e aumento da renda, foi autorizado pela Prefeitura mediante um novo modelo de contrapartidas, que atrelam as obras a uma s\u00e9rie de benfeitorias a serem feitas no munic\u00edpio por conta dos empreendedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentre as melhorias previstas est\u00e3o a pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de dois quil\u00f4metros de ruas nas \u00e1reas pr\u00f3ximas ao empreendimento; execu\u00e7\u00e3o de muro de arrimo da lateral direita do c\u00f3rrego Conven\u00e7\u00e3o (ap\u00f3s a Rua In\u00e1cio Rodrigues de \u00c1vila) e troca de 85 lumin\u00e1rias existentes por l\u00e2mpadas de LED. Os investidores espanh\u00f3is tamb\u00e9m far\u00e3o a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de um conjunto de moto-bomba para a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Elevat\u00f3ria de \u00c1gua Tratada ETA I \u2013 Rancho Grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas as benfeitorias, que, segundo a administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, ser\u00e3o custeadas pelos empreendedores e n\u00e3o trar\u00e3o gastos aos cofres p\u00fablicos, dever\u00e3o ter os seus projetos analisados e aprovados pela Prefeitura antes de serem executadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O encontro entre o prefeito e os representantes da Magna Moralia contou ainda com a presen\u00e7a do secret\u00e1rio municipal de Obras, Eduardo Luiz Alves da Silva. Na ocasi\u00e3o, os investidores revelaram que a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o privilegiada e a infraestrutura de servi\u00e7os dispon\u00edveis foram primordiais na escolha de Itu para a
