Enquanto isso, em uma panela, refogue a cebola e o alho no azeite, mexendo sempre at\u00e9 que ambos dourem ligeiramente. Acrescente as tiras de piment\u00e3o e a canela e deixe cozinhar por mais um minuto. Retire a panela do fogo. Misture os cubos de abacaxi com os piment\u00f5es. Quinze minutos antes do frango terminar de assar, distribua a mistura sobre ele e leve novamente ao forno.
