Misture bem e cozinhe, mexendo sempre, at\u00e9 obter um creme. Reserve. Bata os morangos no liquidificador com o a\u00e7\u00facar e meia x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de \u00e1gua. Leve ao fogo e cozinhe at\u00e9 reduzir o l\u00edquido, formando uma calda rala. Reserve. Bata a clara em neve, em picos firmes, e adicione aos poucos, batendo bem a cada adi\u00e7\u00e3o. Reserve.<\/p>\n<p>Montagem: Em ta\u00e7as individuais, coloque uma camada de creme, outra de sorvete, mais uma de creme e a calda. Finalize com a cobertura de claras batidas. Leve ao freezer at\u00e9 o momento de servir. Antes de servir, decore com mais calda e morangos inteiros.<\/p>\n<p>Varia\u00e7\u00e3o: Se preferir, use sorvete sabor Morango. A cobertura de claras pode ser substitu\u00edda por chantilly.
