Acrescente a manteiga, o leite e misture. Amasse numa superf\u00edcie polvilhada com farinha de trigo. Achate a massa com as m\u00e3os e abra-a na espessura de 1,5. Corte com um cortador de biscoitos no formato que desejar. Coloque os p\u00e3ezinhos em assadeira untada e pincele-os com a manteiga derretida.
